How to take Cialis?

You should take Cialis exactly as directed by your doctor. Do not take in larger doses it may be harmful for your health. Follow all directions on your prescription label.
Cialis can be taken with or without food.
Cialis is usually taken when needed before sexual activity. But Cialis may also be taken daily with no regard when sexual activity is intended. In both ways you should follow your doctor’s instructions.
The drug helps to achieve an erection only with sexual stimulation. The drug works only with sexual stimulation – an erection does not occur just by taking a pill.
Cialis should not be taken with other therapies for erectile dysfunction and with Adcirca for pulmonary arterial hypertension as it contains tadalafil.
Avoid taking Cialis more than once a day. Allow 24 hours interval between doses. If you take the drug for daily use, take it at the same time every day.
The drug should be stored at room temperature away from moisture and heat. Keep away from children.

Stop using this medicine and call your doctor immediately if you have vision problems, if your erection is painful and lasts longer than 4 hours.
Serious side effects are:
- Breathing problems;
- Changes in hearing and loss of hearing;
- Chest pain;
- Fast, irregular heartbeat;
- Back pain.
If any of these side effects occur, you should immediately call your doctor or get emergency help.
You can have side effects, which are not so serious, still if you have some discomfort, consult your doctor:

- Flushing;
- Headache;
- Indigestion;
- Muscle aches;

Too much alcohol can provoke serious health damage, when taking this medicine. Alcohol in large amount can increase your chances of getting a headache or getting dizzy, increasing your heart rate or lowering your blood pressure.
Cialis does not protect you or your partner against AIDS or other sexually transmitted diseases.
