Cialis interactions with other drugs
You should be greatly concerned about dosage of Cialis and possible health risks if you are:

d. Taking nitrate drug for chest pain or heart problems, including nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate and isosorbide mononitrate or recreational drugs such as amyl nitrate or nitrite with Cialis can cause a serious decrease in blood pressure, leading to fainting, stroke, or heart attack;
e. Dizzy during sexual activity, or if you have pain in your chest, arms, neck, or jaw, stop and consult your physician. These symptoms could be serious side effects of Cialis.
Certain drugs can interact with Cialis; here is the list of medications that should not be used with Cialis:
- certain drugs for high blood pressure;
- certain drugs for the treatment of AIDS;
- medicines for prostate problems;
- rifabutin, rifampin or rifapentine.
Important Things To Know About Cialis
There are some precautions to know before taking Cialis.
If you suffer from particular diseases or have any of these health conditions, you should be especially concerned about Cialis dose and possible side effects:
- heart disease or heart rhythm problems;
- heart attacks;
- stroke;
- angina;
- high or low blood pressure;
- liver or kidney disease;
- blood cell diseases;
- a physical deformity of the penis;
- Stress or dipression.

Your physician should recommend you exact dose, according to your health condition and age. Take Cialis orally with a glass of water. Follow the directions on the prescription label or your physician’s directions.
Cialis may be taken with or without meals. The dose is taken 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. You should not take the dose more than once in 24 hours. If you take your medicine more often than directed over dosage may occur. In case of over dosage, you should immediately contact your physician or emergency center.
